The Process
1 : Sourcing & Incentives
We gather our raw materials through donations, direct buys, or our "Trade-In" program. To encourage a circular economy, we offer our contributors:

2 : Segregation & Quality Control
Once collected, we sort the jeans by wash, weight, and wear. We look for interesting features like unique pockets, distressing, or fades that will give our bags their character.
3 : Deep Cleaning & Sanitization
Hygiene is our priority. Every piece of denim undergoes a professional-grade cleaning process to ensure the fabric is fresh, soft, and ready for its next chapter.
4 : Deconstruction (Unstitching)
This is where the transformation begins. We carefully unstitch the original seams, removing hardware like zippers and buttons. By breaking the jeans down into flat panels of fabric, we maximize the material we can reuse.
5 : Processing & Design
Our designers layout the patterns on the reclaimed denim. This stage involves:

6 : Ready to Sell
